Founded in 2009 by CEO Greg Vetter and his two younger brothers, Tessemae’s offers all natural sauces, dressings and other products based on their mother’s recipes. The family’s dressings, condiments, marinades, salad toppers, salad kits, Whole 30 items and more can be purchased online or found in retail outlets like Whole Foods and Sam’s Club — where they created the chain’s first organic chicken Caesar salad.
Nemphos Braue was hired by Baltimore-based Tessemae’s to help navigate a large refinancing deal, and the firm currently serves as the company’s outside counsel.
