George J. Nemphos is a founding member of Nemphos Braue Law with extensive experience representing entrepreneurs, start-ups, emerging and mature companies, as well as independent sponsors, venture capital and private equity funds.
Tim E. Braue is a founding member of Nemphos Braue Law. He focuses his practice in the area of sophisticated corporate transactions and frequently represents private companies, venture capital investors and private equity funds in connection with M&A and general corporate matters.

Christopher D. Scott is a veteran tax attorney from the Baltimore-Philadelphia area with vast experience in transactions, a comprehensive legal background, and advanced knowledge of tax law.

Corporate Associate Matthew L. Allison supports clients across a number of industries while leveraging his background in mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate governance. Allison also has experience collaborating on deal terms and managing multiple client requests throughout the deal-life process, overseeing general corporate issues and business law, and interpreting complex organizational documents.

Corporate Associate J. Teigen Hall assists entrepreneurs and emerging companies, private equity and venture capital funds, and national and international companies across a wide range of industries with a variety of corporate, securities and business law matters.

Suzanne Reisig-Olden provides legal services for Nemphos Braue clients, working in tandem with attorneys to support entrepreneurs and established companies with documentation drafting and editing, transaction deliverables, regulatory tracking, trademark filings and other corporate records.
Bringing experience from large law firms, corporations, hospitals, and state and local organizations, Nemphos Braue Corporate Associate Michelle Varkey works with clients in a number of legal areas.
American Joe Miedusiewski served in the Maryland House of Delegates from 1975-1988 and in the State Senate from 1988-1995 and has substantial relationships with key legislators. He was a member of the Senate Economic and Environmental Affairs Committee, and Chair of the Alcohol Beverage Subcommittee. He also created the Maryland Film Commission, generating tens of millions of dollars in economic activity annually.

Sherry Dudley Nickerson is an experienced lobbyist and policy advisor with an extensive background advancing client interests and shaping policy positions while developing relationships with federal and state government officials. As Government Affairs Director for Old Line Government Affairs, she supports existing clients and develops new relationships to extend the firm’s commitment to providing a high level of service with representation across the aisle.

Derrick Covington uses his background in legal research and political science to support both firm operations and client services as a Law Clerk. He previously led a research team focused on telecommunications and contract law as a Research Assistant at his alma mater.
Will Clemens serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and has broad financial advisory and operational experience with emerging growth companies. He is responsible for financial and operational management for the firm.

As Nemphos Braue’s Director of Marketing and Communications, Jill Bondurant supports the firm’s growth in multiple industries and drives promotion through content marketing, social media, public relations and events.

Scott Taylor started at Nemphos Braue as a marketing intern in the Fall of 2022 while pursuing a degree in Business Administration from Towson University. After graduating, he accepted a position as Marketing Assistant at the firm to assist in short- and long-term marketing projects, analytics, and firm events.
Pamela serves as the firm’s office manager and has assisted George and Tim for over 12 years. She joined Nemphos Braue in September 2016 after a long career with two international law firms, as well as one of the world’s leading financial institutions serving in their legal department division.
