Nemphos Braue Corporate Paralegal Suzanne Reisig-Olden joined the firm in May 2021, bringing both law firm and in-house experience across practice areas including franchise law, intellectual property, contracts, real estate and estate law. She will provide legal services for Nemphos Braue clients, working in tandem with attorneys to support entrepreneurs and established companies with documentation drafting and editing, transaction deliverables, regulatory tracking, trademark filings and other corporate records.

Suzanne previously provided in-house legal services for Sandler Systems, Inc., drafting franchise agreements, amendments, renewals and disclosures, and filing and maintaining intellectual property documentation such as copyrights and trademarks, both for the U.S. and internationally.

In her prior roles at other law firms, she assisted with corporate governance matters, and prepared documentation for contracts, subcontracts, buy/sell agreements and employment contracts. She supported attorneys by drafting and finalizing paperwork involving settlements, pleadings, wills, powers of attorney and advance directives.

Suzanne graduated summa cum laude from Stevenson University with a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies.
