Will Clemens serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and has broad financial advisory and operational experience with emerging growth companies.  He is responsible for financial and operational management for the firm.

Responsibilities include evaluating, developing, overseeing and maintaining:

  • corporate relationships in banking, insurance, MIS, marketing, leasing, human resources
  • accounting, tax, budgeting and reporting functions
  • operational procedures and reporting

Additionally, Will provides financial and managerial services to select clients of the firm.  Representative clients include a managed healthcare provider; a virtual reality software developer; a financial advisory services firm; and a construction industry product and services conglomerate. Will is a past recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year Award for Emerging Technology.  He received a BA from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from the College of William & Mary.  He is Past Chair of Special Olympics of Maryland and Paul’s Place Baltimore.
