Beyond providing day-to-day legal advice, counsel to boards of directors and corporate and business structuring advice, Nemphos Braue orchestrated complex multi-business roll-up transactions, and the ultimate acquisition of Atlantic Industrial Group by a private equity fund (in excess of $50 million). Our team of experts designed an acquisition and roll up strategy of five companies, including two union companies, for an aggregate of $100 million, as well as the sale of Atlantic Industrial Group of Brand Scaffolding (in excess of $300 million).
