Nemphos Braue LLC’s George Nemphos has been elected to the Driving Force Group Board of Directors.
Driving Force Group, Inc is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering social change through developing charitable initiatives that have long-term sustainable impact. Through fiscal sponsorships, DFG provides the tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status necessary to raise funds as well as guidance and resources to assist organizations in navigating insurance, tax filings, governance and administration. Driving Force Group has partnered with the Torrey Smith Family Fund, Williams Sisters Fund, and Serena Williams Fund among others.
George Nemphos has extensive experience in representing both private and public companies, venture capitalists, angel investors and private equity funds. He has worked with emerging businesses, manufacturing companies, industrial services companies, and companies in the capital markets, life sciences and homeland security industries.
