NEMPHOS BRAUE REPRESENTS SYNAPTIC ADVISORY PARTNERS, LLC IN SPIN-OFF OF YOUREKA LABS AND CLOSES $8.5 MILLION CAPITAL RAISE FOR THE NEW ENTITY
Series A Capital Raise From Salesforce Ventures, Grotech Ventures, Boulder Ventures and Additional Investors Will Add Scale and Expand Offerings
BALTIMORE, MD — Co-Founder and Managing Member George Nemphos and the team of lawyers at Nemphos Braue LLC represented Synaptic Advisory Partners, LLC, a cloud consulting business, in the spin-off of its technology solution Youreka Labs, Inc., and have closed a complex, multi-investor, $8.5 million Series A capital raise for Youreka Labs. The funding expands on the investment from CoFactor Ventures completed last year and adds prominent angel investors and institutional investors Grotech Ventures, Boulder Ventures and Salesforce Ventures.
Youreka Labs’ platform allows organizations to build smart assistant apps to help frontline workers, especially in the fields of healthcare, energy, utilities, manufacturing and the public sector. Following tremendous growth, the new investments will help scale the business, expand offerings and grow its partnership with Salesforce.
