Nemphos Braue – Ravens Game FAQs

You must have a SeatGeek account. We need to use that SeatGeek account email address for your ticket.

After we’ve received your information, we’ll process your ticket distribution. Once complete, be on the lookout for email from SeatGeek (transactions@seatgeek.com), alerting you that “George Nemphos wants to send you tickets!” Please note that you may receive more than one email from SeatGeek. Make sure you accept the tickets at your earliest convenience.

In the email, click on the button to “Accept” tickets and then access them via SeatGeek.

You can also “Accept” the tickets directly in the SeatGeek app.

The Baltimore Ravens use SeatGeek for tickets.

In order to access tickets from Nemphos Braue, you will first need to accept them. You will receive an email from Seat Geek (transactions@seatgeek.com) alerting you that “George Nemphos wants to send you a ticket!” and in that email you will see a button to “Accept” tickets.

This will take you to SeatGeek where you will either log in with your account or create a new one.

After accepting tickets, you will be able to access them at SeatGeek.com and in the SeatGeek app.

You can also “Accept” tickets directly in the SeatGeek app.

Please note that you may receive multiple emails from SeatGeek as part of this ticket transfer.

Before accepting tickets, be sure you have a SeatGeek account.

Visit SeatGeek.com.

In the top right corner click on the “Log in” button to log in to your account or sign up for one.

Or, download the SeatGeek app and log in or sign up for an account.

The email you use for your account should be the same email used for receiving tickets.

Ravens tickets are issued through Seat Geek. If you have a Ravens account or previously used the Ravens app to access tickets, you will be directed to SeatGeek.

Online, you’ll be re-directed to SeatGeek.com. Within the Ravens app, you’ll be directed to log in with your SeatGeek username and password. Or, you may be directed to create a SeatGeek account.

Please provide us with your SeatGeek account email address when completing the Ravens Game-Day Details form.  That is the email address we will use for ticket distribution.

Use either the Ravens or SeatGeek app on your phone. All tickets are digital, rotating QR codes, so you cannot use a screenshot or printed paper for tickets.

You can access your tickets in the Ravens app (once you’ve logged in to your SeatGeek account within the app, see the “Tickets” icon); OR you can access your tickets via the SeatGeek app.

The Ravens app and the SeatGeek app will show you that tickets are “downloaded” to the app, which should give you access even in the case of no wifi or phone service.

As you approach the gates and/or the suite entrance, have your phone ready with the tickets pulled up from the app.

Be prepared that you may have to show your QR code tickets individually, one QR code at a time, and more than once.

Nemphos Braue is located at Suite 369.

The best way to get to our suite is to enter on the Southwest/Ostend Street side of the stadium through the exclusive suite level entrance just to the right of Gate D. Look for the Southwest Suite Entrance. Once inside, take the elevators to the 3rd floor. We are in Suite #369.

If you enter through another suite entrance (such as the Northeast Suite Entrance, which is closest to Gate A) – you’ll just need to walk around the 3rd floor until you find our suite. Security and Stadium Staff can also help direct you.
