Nemphos Braue LLC Adds Amanda Knab as Associate

Nemphos Braue LLC, the premier corporate boutique law firm in the Mid-Atlantic region, is pleased to announce the addition of Amanda Knab as an associate with its corporate team.

Knab comes to Nemphos Braue from Venable LLP in Baltimore, where she assisted companies through all stages of sales, acquisitions and mergers and advised borrowers and both commercial and non-commercial lenders in financing transactions. She also provided general corporate and securities law advice to startups, emerging growth, later-stage and public companies across an array of industries.

At Nemphos Braue, Knab will focus on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, where she will provide complex legal advice to growing and established companies, including entrepreneurs, emerging businesses, leading national and international corporations, and private equity and venture capital funds.

Knab is a summa cum laude graduate of both the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and University of Maryland, College Park. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and on the Board of Directors of Friends of Great Kids Farm.
