About our work with Amalgam Rx
Digital medicine pioneers at Amalgam Rx came to Nemphos Braue with an idea: take long term care digital by building health tools to improve outcomes for people living with chronic illnesses. Being entrepreneurs ourselves, Nemphos Braue’s team offered a unique perspective on business and corporate structuring advice for Amalgam Rx. The Nemphos Braue team also provided day-to-day legal advice, counsel to the board of directors, as well as contract management and negotiations with multiple rounds of financing and ventures with pharmaceutical companies.
