Nemphos Braue Welcomes Erin Kelly

Erin Kelly

Nemphos Braue is pleased to welcome Erin Kelly back to Nemphos Braue as she begins her legal career with the firm’s corporate law team. She will assist clients with a range of corporate and business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, contract drafting, research and due diligence, and work with the firm’s attorneys to counsel entrepreneurs, emerging businesses and established companies on both transactional and day-to-day business matters.

Erin first joined Nemphos Braue as a Summer Associate while attending Belmont University College of Law. She gained experience researching and writing on legal issues affecting businesses, including intellectual property and trademark matters. She returned to the firm after earning her Juris Doctor in 2026.

At Belmont University, Erin served as Executive Development and Technology Editor of the Belmont Law Review. She was a merit scholarship recipient, was named to the Dean’s List and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Contract Drafting, Torts, and Evidence. She also worked as a research assistant, helping to develop a constitutional law textbook, and as a Belmont University Ambassador, supporting her school’s admission process through panel discussions about the law school experience. Erin also participated in the Women’s Legal Society and the Christian Legal Society.

Before attending law school, Erin worked at the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center in a series of roles culminating in her position as an Executive Assistant and Project Specialist. Her work included research, policy development, strategic communications and initiatives involving hospital leadership, nursing and healthcare operations. Such experience provided a firsthand understanding of the operational and organizational considerations facing businesses and healthcare organizations.

Erin earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Honors from Villanova University, with a concentration in Medical Humanities and minors in Classics and Psychology.
