The Maryland Park Advisory Commission was formed in 1972 to advise the Superintendent of the Maryland Park Service about the operation, maintenance and mission of Maryland’s 47 parks. Appointed by the Governor with the advice of the Secretary of Natural Resources, the Commission consists of 12 members.
“I am honored to be appointed by Governor Hogan to the Park Advisory Commission. I look forward to supporting the sustainability of use of our state parks,” shares Ziegler.

In her role at Nemphos Braue, Ziegler represents startups, emerging and mature private companies, and investors in a variety of corporate, securities and business law matters. She regularly assists clients with entity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity securities, technology transactions, business structuring, and contract management and negotiation. In addition to the Park Advisory Commission, Ziegler serves on the board for Girls’ Empowerment Mission, and the Greater Baltimore Committee’s Bridging the Gap Committee.
