Founded in 2009 by CEO Greg Vetter and his two younger brothers, Tessemae’s offers all natural sauces, dressings and other products based on their mother’s recipes. The family’s dressings, condiments, marinades, salad toppers, salad kits, Whole 30 items and more can be purchased online or found in retail outlets like Whole Foods and Sam’s Club — where they created the chain’s first organic chicken Caesar salad.
Nemphos Braue was hired by Baltimore-based Tessemae’s to help navigate a large refinancing deal, and the firm currently serves as the company’s outside counsel.
“We are really excited to be working with Greg and the team at Tessemae’s,” said George Nemphos, founding partner of Nemphos Braue. “Our corporate law team is well equipped to handle a wide variety of transactional matters, ranging from general corporate counseling to mergers and acquisitions and structuring of investments. We look forward to advising Tessemae’s as the company continues to grow in the manufacturing and retail markets.”
