— Boutique Firm with Big Law Experience Continues Growth Trajectory —
BALTIMORE (May 20, 2021) — Nemphos Braue, a boutique corporate and business law firm with extensive big law experience, has added two additional team members: Vinay K. Sharma as Corporate Associate, and Suzanne Reisig-Olden as Corporate Paralegal. With transactions ranging from independent sponsors, venture capital and private equity deals to multimillion dollar roll-ups, along with business structuring and day-to-day counseling for a growing roster of clients in the mid-Atlantic and beyond, the firm is expanding its team.

Vinay K. Sharma, Corporate Associate
Vinay K. Sharma joined Nemphos Braue in May 2021 as a Corporate Associate, supporting clients’ legal needs ranging from negotiations and agreements to sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions involving equity and debt financing, and complex business structures. Mr. Sharma is able to address a wide range of corporate and business law matters, including corporate governance and entrepreneurial law.
Prior to joining Nemphos Braue, Mr. Sharma was Vice President and Corporate Counsel for a national hotel development and management company, where he advised on multimillion-dollar real estate transactions and negotiated and drafted numerous purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements and related loan documents. Through his previous experience, Mr. Sharma is well versed in labor and employment law, pre-litigation dispute resolution and franchise law matters. “Having in-house experience will allow Vinay to truly connect with our entrepreneurial client,” noted Mr. Nemphos. “He’s a great addition to the team.”
Admitted to practice in Maryland, Mr. Sharma obtained his Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., in 2016, where he also served as a student attorney with the Community and Economic Development Clinic, supporting small and nonprofit businesses. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Mr. Sharma is an Advisory Board Member for the Maryland Chapter of Best Buddies International. He is conversational in Hindi and Urdu.
Suzanne Reisig-Olden, Corporate Paralegal
Nemphos Braue Corporate Paralegal Suzanne Reisig-Olden joined the firm in May 2021, bringing both law firm and in-house experience across practice areas including franchise law, intellectual property, contracts, real estate and estate law. She will provide legal services for Nemphos Braue clients, working in tandem with attorneys to support entrepreneurs and established companies with documentation drafting and editing, transaction deliverables, regulatory tracking, trademark filings and other corporate records.
Ms. Reisig-Olden previously provided in-house legal services for Sandler Systems, Inc., drafting franchise agreements, amendments, renewals and disclosures, and filing and maintaining intellectual property documentation such as copyrights and trademarks, both for the U.S. and internationally.
In her prior roles at other law firms, she assisted with corporate governance matters, and prepared documentation for contracts, subcontracts, buy/sell agreements and employment contracts. She supported attorneys by drafting and finalizing paperwork involving settlements, pleadings, wills, powers of attorney and advance directives.
Ms. Reisig-Olden graduated summa cum laude from Stevenson University with a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies.
