Nemphos Braue LLC, the premier corporate boutique law firm in the Mid-Atlantic region, is pleased to announce that Candace Gill has joined the firm as Director of Business Development and Client Services.
Gill brings more than 10 years of professional services, commercial business development and sales experience to Nemphos Braue, where she will help drive internal and external client development strategies for the firm. She will also support the firm’s client and community relations and brand enhancement initiatives for the Greater Baltimore and DC metro markets. Gill was most recently Director of Client Service for Womble Bond Dickinson.
“We are really excited to have Candace on our team at Nemphos Braue,” said managing member George Nemphos. “We are very impressed with her reputation and connections throughout the region in a wide variety of industries such as economic development, legal, energy, life sciences, manufacturing and technology. She will be a tremendous asset to NB Law and our clients.”
Through client experience-based legal marketing and business development advice, coaching, and collaboration, Gill helps lawyers and client service teams engage with new clients, deepen existing client relationships, differentiate their services, and navigate the intersection between law and business by mobilizing around the client experience for improved focus, innovation and results.
By listening to each client’s views and concerns, responding to needs and articulating a shared understanding of priorities, Gill will be a key contributor to the firm’s superior client service standards and a trusted resource for Nemphos Braue’s attorneys, clients and referral networks.
“We continue to experience tremendous growth, both at NB Law and at our affiliate, Old Line Government Affairs, and we expect Candace’s talents to contribute to client successes,” explained Tim Braue. “Everyone is looking forward to engaging with Candace and having her involved.”
