About the Client
Bluefire Security Technologies was a pioneering Baltimore-based cybersecurity company (founded in 2001) that developed mobile firewalls, encryption, and intrusion prevention software for handheld devices. The company has since ceased operations, though the “Bluefire” name is now used by several active, unrelated tech firms.
