Nemphos Braue LLC Announces Lauren B. Ziegler as Firm Associate

Nemphos Braue LLC (NB Law), Baltimore’s premiere corporate boutique law firm, announced today that Lauren B. Ziegler has joined the firm as its newest associate.

Lauren B. Ziegler represents emerging and mature private companies, venture capital investors and private equity funds in a variety of corporate, securities and business law matters. She regularly assists clients with entity formation, corporate law and governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements of debt and equity securities. Ms. Ziegler also has experience representing public and private real estate investment trusts as Maryland corporate counsel and advising public companies on securities law compliance and reporting.

Before joining NB Law, Ms. Ziegler was an associate at Ballard Spahr LLP where she handled mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings in venture capital, private equity and real estate investment trusts transactions, and corporate governance and public company reporting.

Admitted to practice in Maryland, Ms. Ziegler is a 2011 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was a member of the Heuisler Honor Society, and a 2003 summa cum laude graduate of McDaniel College, where she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
