Christopher D. Scott is a veteran tax attorney from the Baltimore-Philadelphia area with vast experience in transactions, a comprehensive legal background, and advanced knowledge of tax law.

Corporate Associate Matthew L. Allison supports clients across a number of industries while leveraging his background in mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate governance. Allison also has experience collaborating on deal terms and managing multiple client requests throughout the deal-life process, overseeing general corporate issues and business law, and interpreting complex organizational documents.

Corporate Associate J. Teigen Hall assists entrepreneurs and emerging companies, private equity and venture capital funds, and national and international companies across a wide range of industries with a variety of corporate, securities and business law matters.

Corporate Associate Katelynn M. Brennan joined Nemphos Braue in September 2024. She works with clients on mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, business formation and governance, technology transfer and software licensing, and other general corporate and business law matters.

Caroline Popper, MD, MPH, JD joined Nemphos Braue in August 2024. She previously co-founded and served as president for Popper and Company LLC, a Baltimore-based strategy and M&A advisory firm dedicated to helping life science companies develop and commercialize new technology.

Suzanne Reisig-Olden provides legal services for Nemphos Braue clients, working in tandem with attorneys to support entrepreneurs and established companies with documentation drafting and editing, transaction deliverables, regulatory tracking, trademark filings and other corporate records.

Sherry Dudley Nickerson is an experienced lobbyist and policy advisor with an extensive background advancing client interests and shaping policy positions while developing relationships with federal and state government officials. As Government Affairs Director for Old Line Government Affairs, she supports existing clients and develops new relationships to extend the firm’s commitment to providing a high level of service with representation across the aisle.

Will Clemens serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and has broad financial advisory and operational experience with emerging growth companies. He is responsible for financial and operational management for the firm.

As Nemphos Braue’s Director of Marketing and Communications, Jill Bondurant supports the firm’s growth in multiple industries and drives promotion through content marketing, social media, public relations and events.

An award-winning professional services development leader with a proven track record for driving business growth across a variety of industries, Katie M. Bush serves as Director of Business Development for Nemphos Braue and its lobbying affiliate, Old Line Government Affairs.

David works with referral businesses, community, professional and entrepreneurial associations, as well as like-minded business leaders to make new connections, further Nemphos Braue’s external relationships, and drive continued growth in areas of corporate and business law.

Pamela serves as the firm’s office manager and has assisted George and Tim for over 12 years. She joined Nemphos Braue in September 2016 after a long career with two international law firms, as well as one of the world’s leading financial institutions serving in their legal department division.

Tanya Metz joined Nemphos Braue in 2023 as a Legal Assistant. Tanya supports the firm’s corporate attorneys with legal research, e-filings, corporate documents and more.
