Aaron J. Cranston

Aaron J. Cranston assists clients in business-focused legal matters, including entity formation, restructuring and governance, capital raises and financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, research, contract drafting and due diligence. He joined Nemphos Braue in 2025* after graduating from the Boston University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor and was Managing Editor for the Journal of Science, Technology, and Law.

Aaron worked in the Boston University and MIT Student Innovations Law Clinic, providing legal representation to student entrepreneurs, and advising on general corporate issues and compliance with state and federal law. He has experience in drafting corporate documents including operating agreements, certificates of organization, employment agreements, staffing contracts and more. Through additional experience at law firms and at the District Court of Maryland in Baltimore City, Aaron performed significant research on business transactions, corporate practices and contract law.

Aaron earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Certificate in International Relations from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut, was a member of the varsity wrestling team, and studied abroad at the Universidad de Carlos Tercero in Madrid, Spain.
