The one-of-a-kind event is the result of a recent collaboration between the Maryland State Bar Association and Judicial Events™. Feig’s panel, entitled “A View from the ‘C’ Suite: What General Counsels Want You to Know About Billing!” is part of a program which will provide not only a great opportunity to network with General Counsel and other in-house attorneys, but also opportunities to learn from leaders on emerging or hot-button issues. Nemphos Braue is also proud to sponsor this event.
“I’m thrilled to participate in this new Legends of the Boardroom event and join other leaders and in-house attorneys to discuss and share ideas on emerging topics,” said Feig. “As a moderator and as a former General Counsel myself, I look forward to facilitating a meaningful conversation on opportunities for in-house and outside counsel to more effectively address the challenges of managing legal spend.”
As Of Counsel at Nemphos Braue, Feig focuses on complex corporate transactions, primarily involving technology, and offers sophisticated counseling and legal advice to emerging and middle market business clients who require the experience and management of a proven General Counsel. He brings more than 20 years’ experience as an attorney and senior executive working with innovators in various emerging and established technology, information and content sectors.
Before joining NB Law, he served more than 11 years as General Counsel to Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. (MRIS), the leading information technology and multiple listing service company (MLS) in the Mid-Atlantic.
