In her role as Associate at Nemphos Braue, Jeanine Joseph focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, business reorganizations, debt and equity financings, and venture capital transactions within a wide range of industries including technology, intellectual property, e-commerce, education, healthcare, and life sciences. In addition, she has extensive experience working closely with emerging companies within various startup phases, specifically on matters regarding formation, venture financing, capital raises, and general corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining NB Law, Ms. Joseph was an Associate at Perkins Coie LLP, where her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies, venture capital, private equity, nonprofits, and corporate governance.
Admitted to practice in New York, Ms. Joseph is a 2015 graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Black Law Students Association and served as a Staff Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. Ms. Joseph is a 2012 magna cum laude graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is currently a member of the New York City Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Maryland State Bar Association.
