With Strong Sales, More Cannabis Law Changes Expected in ’24

Sales of marijuana in Maryland, made legal for adult recreational use as of July 1, 2023, reached nearly $90 million in the month of July.

At the Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) summer conference, administrators and legislators remarked that additional tweaks to the laws are expected to be addressed during the 2024 Legislative Session.
