Members of the NB Law team traveled to Miami in April for the Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference. With sun, sand and palm trees outside, the exhibit hall, main stage and breakout sessions at the Fontainebleau were filled with the “who’s who” of cannabis.
Even Mike Tyson made an appearance following a much publicized scuffle aboard an airplane.
Topics included consolidation in the industry, investment opportunities, branding and building customer loyalty, compliance, raising capital and more.
The conference is billed as one of the largest of its kind, bringing together industry leaders and entrepreneurs, vendors, service providers and investors. Following the trend of a return to in-person events, nearly 1,300 attendees participated in the conference.
